Off we go

This is our last day in Cairns, strange feeling, happy to go somewhere else, sad to be homeless again... well, you can't have the cake and eat it!
opening our US bank account went rather well except for the point that we have not received our debit card. HSBC Australia told us it would take 10 days to mail everything by courier from the USA, HSBC USA insists it is 20 working days. Over time, most account tools for internet banking arrived, some by courier, some by normal mail. Anyway, tomorrow it's off to Brisbane and then on to New Zealand for 4 weeks of travel by campervan through both North and South Island.
